Product knowledge, clear customer communication and basic computer/CRM skills. Working English; Arabic is an advantage. UAE experience and a UAE driving licence are advantages for field assignments, not universal requirements.

Assessment: Tyre-enquiry role-play, written quotation and price-objection handling.

Diagnose faults and perform approved mechanical work within demonstrated competence, including brakes, suspension, steering and cooling. Maintain job records and complete safety and post-repair checks.

Safe lifting and fault-finding skills; ability to read job cards and service instructions. Trade qualification and scan-tool skills preferred. Road tests are limited to authorised licensed personnel.

Assessment: Supervised diagnosis and brake/suspension inspection on a safe training vehicle. Critical safety failures are not acceptable.

Inspect, fit, balance and repair tyres using approved procedures. Check tyre specifications, inflation, valves, leaks and wheel torque; maintain equipment and job records.

Competence with torque wrenches, tyre-changing and balancing machines. Alignment or TPMS skills are an advantage if validated. Truck, bus and multi-piece-rim work requires separate verified training.

Assessment: Supervised removal/refit, fitting, balancing and torque/pressure checks.

Maintain supported financial records; reconcile bank, cash and POS transactions; manage assigned receivables/payables and inventory reconciliation; support closing, VAT schedules and payroll inputs.

Accounting/finance qualification or equivalent competence, strong Excel and accounting-system skills, accurate double-entry and reconciliations. UAE VAT awareness preferred. Confidentiality and an audit trail are essential.

Assessment: Bank/POS reconciliation, sample entries and inventory/VAT discrepancy checks using dummy data.
